Founder of MCR.space, was born in Canada, then later moved to Hawaii. She now resides in Florida as an undergraduate student at the University of Florida. Her main study is Mathematics, with minors in Innovation, Psychology, and Philosophy, and enjoys putting all studies together. She has been a dancer all her life, having assisted and toured with competitions, received national ballroom titles, and choreographed multiple musicals. Aside from dance, Melanie is a certified biotechnician lab assistant and yoga instructor. She loves everything creative and logical, and will mix the two every chance she gets. She is a natural born leader, and is very excited to share her story.

As a kid, Melanie found her passion for videography. She would use her iPad Mini to make home movies. It wasn't until she watched Sebastião Salgado's The Salt of the Earth that she first picked up a camera. MCR Space is a way for Melanie to put her passions together, and share her creative eye with the world.
